Good afternoon my friends happy. now I’ll share about my experience when working in e-commerce company. I am a web designer. I graduated from college students majoring in IT Indonesia. We just spoke to the point. I will explain about the use email marketing e-commerce company where I worked. I will also discuss about the reliability of a website where I work.

An e-commerce companies would need to have a very high reliability, among others have autoresponder, access speed, an attractive appearance and many others. Email marketing is a form of direct marketing which uses electronic mail as a means of communicating commercial or fundraising messages to an audience. In its broadest sense, every e-mail sent to a potential or current customer could be considered e-mail marketing. However, the term is usually used to refer to sending e-mails with the purpose of improving the relationship between a dealer with a current customer or earlier, and to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.

Other than the company’s website where I work also is equipped with online survey tool that can check how many visitors the company website. There are two ways to develop an online survey. It is recommended that you use software that provides access to a recent survey templates are professionally designed website. HTML programming language, PHP and MySQL or you have easy access to someone who is competent and understood the draft questionnaire. Ability to use technology is not the only obstacle. It is important to think about the logic behind the question. For example, a particular question to be answered if the participant is “male” and at the age of 18. Forms must be designed so that the user needs for a particular question. It is also important to think about how the data from the questionnaires will be extracted for analysis.
